PraiseHarbor stores the information needed to run your testimonial workspace: your sign-in identity, spaces, wall settings, customer submissions, display consent, and moderation history.

What customers submit

A submission can include a name, private email address, role, company, rating, story, and a consent record. Only approved stories and their public attribution appear on a wall. Email addresses, consent text, and moderation history are never included in the public wall response.

Services we use

Firebase provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the application and provides privacy-conscious web analytics. Resend delivers submission alerts and contact messages. Sentry receives technical error diagnostics when enabled.

Control and deletion

Workspace owners can export their data, delete individual testimonials, delete a space, or delete the entire account from the Account view. Account deletion removes the corresponding PraiseHarbor records and Firebase sign-in identity.
