We keep what we need to run your testimonial workspace: your sign-in details, spaces, wall settings, customer submissions, consent records and moderation history.

What customers submit

A submission can include a name, private email address, role, company, rating, story and a consent record. Only approved stories and the name details shown with them appear on a public wall. Email addresses, consent records and moderation history are never shown publicly.

Who we share it with

We use service providers for sign-in, data storage, hosting, privacy-friendly analytics, email delivery and error monitoring.

Control and deletion

Workspace owners can export their data, delete single testimonials, delete a space or delete the whole account from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your PraiseHarbor records and your sign-in account.
