Fair-use terms.

PraiseHarbor helps you collect, review and publish customer testimonials. You are responsible for what you collect and publish, for making sure your claims are accurate, and for respecting each person's consent.

Your responsibilities

Do not use PraiseHarbor for anything unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing. Do not submit a testimonial for someone else without their permission. Keep your account secure, and remove content promptly when someone withdraws their consent.

Early access

PraiseHarbor is an early-access product and may change. We cannot promise it will always be available, so export important records from time to time.

Limits

Each account can currently have up to five spaces, and each space up to 500 testimonials. Automated abuse, scraping private parts of the service, and trying to get around usage or storage limits are not allowed.

Ending your use

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. We may limit access when needed to protect the service or to follow the law.
