A testimonial wall is the public page your approved stories live on. In PraiseHarbor every space has one at its own address, ready to link from an email, a pitch deck, or a nav bar — and ready to drop into any page as an embed when you want it inline.

How the wall is assembled
The ordering and the filtering are fixed, so a wall always reflects the decisions you made in the inbox.
- Approved and consented onlyA story reaches the wall only if you approved it and the record carries display consent. Pending and hidden stories are never served.
- Featured firstAnything you featured sorts to the top. Everything else follows, newest first.
- Live, not a snapshotHide a story and it leaves the wall and every embed of it on the next load. There is nothing to rebuild.
- Bounded payloadThe wall reads at most 500 stories per space, which is also the storage limit per space.

Safe saves
Settings save with revision control. If the space changed in another tab, the save is refused and the workspace reloads rather than overwriting the newer version.
What visitors can and cannot see
The public projection is deliberately narrow, and it is covered by an automated test.
- PublishedName, role, company, the story, the star rating, the featured flag, and the submission date.
- Never publishedEmail address, the stored consent sentence, the owner's identifier, and the moderation history.

Useful search results start with an accurate promise. These limits apply today, in the shipped product.
- Customer email addresses, the stored consent sentence, owner identifiers, and moderation history are never part of a public response.
- Layout and colour come from the built-in controls. There are no custom themes, saved presets, or CSS overrides.
- Collection pages and walls are served from praiseharbor.com. Custom domains are not available.
- Limits are bounded, not unlimited: five spaces per account and 500 stories per space.
Questions about testimonial wall
Is the testimonial wall a page or an embed?
Both, from the same source. Each space has a hosted wall you can link to directly, and the same wall can be dropped into any site as an iframe.
How do I decide what appears at the top?
Feature it. Featured stories sort ahead of everything else, and the rest follow in reverse chronological order. Featuring is a toggle in the moderation inbox.
Can a customer withdraw a story after it is published?
Not by themselves — there is no self-service withdrawal link yet. Contact you, and hiding or deleting the story removes it from the wall and every embed immediately.
Can I run more than one wall?
Yes. Up to five spaces per account, each with its own inbox, collection address, wall, and settings. Use one per product, audience, or campaign.
